Welcome! At Sunday Wash Co., we take care of your laundry days for you, so you can spend more time doing what matters most. We provide standard wash, dry, and fold laundry service with pickup and delivery too!  No harsh chemicals, no sorting headaches, and NO HIDDEN FEES.  

We price our service at $65 per reusable bag (fits up to 3 standard full loads *depending on size of items*). But we guarantee 2.5 full loads everytime.

• Fresh, clean scent using trusted detergents (hypoallergenic available upon request)

• Excessive pet hair, heavy soil, or specialty fabrics are not accepted

Optional Add-Ons:

• Same-day guarantee/Rush Service: +$15 (subject to scheduling availability)

• Bedding/Comforters/blankets: +$10

• Towels: +$5 

Laundry Care Policy:

• We provide basic wash, dry, and fold service only- no specific stain treatment, dry cleaning, or other specialty care.

• We ask kindly for no items with excessive pet hair, heavy soil, or strong (out of the norm) odors to protect other clients' loads and the quality of our machine being used. 

• We are not responsible for pre-existing stains, fabric bleeding, shrinking, or wear from normal wash/dry cycles. 

• Large Items (comforters, blankets, heavy towels) incur an additional handling fee. 

Turnaround & Communication:

• Weekday turnaround: 24-48 hours (you may be surprised to get your laundry faster rather than later most times!) 

• Friday pickups will be dropped off on Mondays during regular delivery time- if we are not able to drop off same day. 

• Rush/same-day guarantee delivery is offered: +$15 (will be based on schedule availability) 

• You will receive a text/and or email updates for pickup and delivery- please make sure your contact info is correct. 

• We ask that laundry always be placed outside your front door by 8:30am, so that it is easily accesible when we come by for pickups.

• You do not have to be home for drop offs. Laundry will always be dropped off back at your front door by 7pm, unless you request hand off delivery.  

Payment Policy:

• First time clients-  we require a $20 deposit fee that goes towards your total, and the remaining balance is due upon delivery. 

• Repeat clients- your full balance will be due upon delivery. 

• Payments are accepted via Apple Pay, Square, and cash app. 

• You will always receive an email/and or text with your total balance before drop-off. 

FAQ:

1. What laundry detergents do you use?

You can choose one of the following detergents when scheduling: Tide Original, Gain Original, BioKleen Citrus scent, Hypoallergenic/Unscented option such as Free & Clear. 

2. Can I schedule weekly or bi-weekly pickups? 

Yes! Many of our clients enjoy recurring laundry days,  just send us a quick text after your first appointment to tell us your desired week day & frequency. If available, we will add it to our calendar for your recurring pickups and send you a confirmation email/text! 

3. What type of laundry do you accept?

We currently offer basic wash/dry & fold services for everyday laundry- clothing, towels, and linens. We do not accept rugs, heavily soiled items, or items with excessive pet hair to protect machine quality and ensure your clothes come back fresh and clean! 

4. How many loads are included per service?

Each reusable Sunday Wash Co. bag holds up to 3 standard household loads of laundry. If you're a first time customer please fill two 13-15 gallon size kitchen trash bags to equal one Sunday Wash Co. bag. 

5. How does pickup and delivery work?

-Pickup window: 8:30am-10am | Every weekday

-Delivery window: 5:30pm-7pm | Every weekday

You can select "leave at door" or "hand off in person" for delivery.

6. What if my items have stains?

If we notice any visible stains while sorting, we'll snap a quick photo before washing and send it to you via text or email. While we always treat laundry with care, we do not offer specific stain removal or special treatment services at this time. This ensures transparency and protects both you and our business from liability of any pre-existing stains or damage.
